Maybe the existence of du isn't affecting overall prices, but it does seem to be prompting Etisalat to make so changes: "Etisalat bites back with free voice mail and MMS".
Only it isn't free voice mail and MMS. It is only registration for these services that are free. I realize that headline writers have a limited amount of space, but there is a big difference between "free voice mail" and 18 fils a minute voice mail.
